Carlo Sugatan is a usability analyst and user experience researcher at Verint, where he works with clients from a variety of industries in assessing and improving digital user interfaces. Previously, he spent the past year working with researchers from University of Michigan, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and Google in designing ways to improve phishing warnings on Gmail. Carlo graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020 with a master’s degree in Information. He received a Computer Science degree from the University of Guam in 2017.
