Smart Room: Augmented Reality (AR) & Collaborative Boards
As the world evolves, the way we learn adapts to new challenges in the classroom or the workplace. Learn how we can benefit from Augmented Reality (AR) and Sage 3.
Sage 3 uses Artificial Intelligence to collaborate over information at home or in the board room, and come to decisions with greater speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and confidence.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Image Generators
AI image generators are computer programs that use artificial intelligence algorithms to create digital images from scratch or modify existing ones. These programs use deep learning techniques to analyze and learn from large datasets of images, and then generate new images based on that learning. Here are some examples of AI image generators: DALL-E, StyleGAN, GauGAN, Deep Dream and more.
Overall, AI image generators have the potential to revolutionize the way we create and manipulate digital images, making it easier to generate high-quality visuals for a wide range of applications, from entertainment to scientific research.

Cyber Safety Course
Participants will explore the importance of cyber safety and digital citizenship and identify potential risks and dangers associated with the internet. Strategies to staying safe and responsible online include online privacy, security, communication, cyber bullying, and digital footprints.
Drone Piloting
Remote pilots from the University of Guam Drone Corps will introduce attendees to the world of drones, and the cutting-edge applications they have for our island. During the presentation, attendees will learn about the steps they need to take to become drone pilots themselves, participate in a flight mission planning session, and interact with drone mapping products. To round off the session, Drone Corps pilots will take to the skies and perform a real-time drone flight for all attendees to see (if weather permits).
The UOG Drone Corps is the institution's first drone certification and training program for UOG and GCC students, focused on increasing education and awareness of drone technology through responsible use. The program expects to begin accepting applications for its third cohort in April 2023.
